Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48.

This service typically delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Graded slabs and cards are shipped using protective packaging suitable for collectible items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may be either:

• Free Shipping, or
• A flat rate shipping fee depending on the item.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail. OnlySlabs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. OnlySlabs cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
